NAVIGATING WITH HEART
Sarah’s relationship with spirit began in early childhood through the Spiritualist Church, and deepened in her early teens under the guidance of her first mentor, Eva Glas, a medium and psychic artist.
In her early twenties, Sarah delved deeply into the world of yoga beginning a lifelong exploration of consciousness and altered states. In 2005, she qualified as a reflexologist with the Bayly School of Reflexology, specialising in female reproductive health, and went on to practise in France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Sweden.
Sarah is a classically trained evidential medium, certified under Mia Ottosson in Sweden (2024). She attended the Arthur Findlay College in the United Kingdom (2022–2024) and has also been mentored by Reverend Stephen Herrman in the United States. In 2026, she continued her exploration of consciousness through remote viewing training with the Monroe Institute.
Today, her work encompasses mediumship, Tarot, psychic guidance, healing, animal communication, and teaching, alongside creative practices exploring trance and the relationship between creativity and consciousness.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is the belief that we are deeply loved and never truly alone. Sometimes, we simply need a little clarity, guidance, or reassurance along the way. Her role is to be of assistance when it is needed.
Sarah has worked with private and corporate clients including Brilliant Minds Foundation (2022), Microsoft (2023), and the Angel Prize at Grand Hôtel Stockholm (2025). Her work has also included a private mediumship session for the cast of Kretsen (2023), alongside public demonstrations of mediumship for Sanningssökarna and Stockholms Spiritualistiska Sällskap.
Based in Stockholm, Sarah works both in person and online and is available for international bookings and travel. Please get in touch for enquiries.

“Sarah is an extraordinary medium.
She communicated with my cat telepathically and described it perfectly, even the small details that only I know.
Sarah is sweet, sensitive, empathetic, intelligent, and can make a unique connection with the spirit world. Highly recommended!"

“My experience with Sarah was quite literally beyond belief. I am certain that she communicated with my loved ones who have passed because the information she shared with me was extremely detailed and personal. She was extremely compassionate and caring in her delivery of highly emotional messages from beyond. I left feeling uplifted and safer in this world, confirmed in the knowledge that there's nothing to fear, that there is a much bigger picture going on. Sarah, I thank you for an unforgettable experience that has given me so much peace."

‘Sarah gives the most heartfelt and laser sharp readings. I received a beautiful and healing message from my grandparents. I highly recommend all of Sarah's services.
And her reading of "Bear", my rabbit, was so special and very helpful. She was able to give me insight on his feelings and care."

“I had a wonderful experience with Sarah. She was able to bring through significant messages from my guides as well as ancestors. I was able to ask as many questions as I liked and she was very charitable with her time. And on top of being a good medium, she is very cheerful and has great energy. After our session, I now feel emboldened on my spiritual journey and confident I am on the right path. I highly recommend seeing her. It will be well worth the initial investment!“
